Franchisee pays a non-refundable FRANCHISE fee of $30,000.
Our continuing royalty fee is four (4%) percent of gross monthly sales, except in Broward and Palm Beach Counties, FL where franchisees pay 4.80% royalties.
Included in your Franchise Fee is Site Location Assistance, Shop Development Assistance from A-Z,
Comprehensive training, and On-going Consulting.
Franchisee should
expect to pay at least $5000 for perishable and
non-perishable start-up inventory.
Franchisee must have
sufficient means for start-up costs ranging from
$150,000 to $300,000 depending on the location,
design, shop build-out and development costs,
operating costs, advertising costs, and other
miscellaneous factors.
Franchisee must have at least $75,000 in liquid assets.
Franchisee must have at least 3 years experience owning or managing a business preferably in the food/beverage industry.
